We are a locally owned and operated Real Estate Solutions Company. We are generally involved in the acquisition, management, renovation, and re-sale of properties in Polk County with emphasis in Lakeland and surrounding areas. Since its inception, Three Kings Day Company, LLC d/b/a Realty Solutions Now has successfully provided solutions for home Sellers in these areas. We have been able to purchase properties using both conventional and creative solutions. In many instances, the properties have needed significant repairs.
Our Company realizes profits through the acquisition and re-sale of single family houses. We do not charge fees or commissions. Therefore, we have a vested interest in providing superior value in our market place. A significant portion of our business comes from referrals from our satisfied Customers.
